the ROSE story
ROSE is a freestyle focused floral & design studio owned & operated by Ray Roselia- designer/flower magician/do-it-aller. With help from a killer team of event production assistants, ROSE executes events large & small for the bold & adventurous.
Established in beautiful Saint Paul, Minnesota in 2013, we’ve been making magic with flowers & producing events across the state & beyond for the last 11 years.
ROSE is a one stop shop for creatively designed, planed & executed events. We offer floral design, installations, event design, decor rentals, set building, styling, planning, & coordination for weddings, events, creative projects, & brand work.
We’re based in Saint Paul, MN & will travel for awesome! We service the Twin Cities (Minneapolis/Saint Paul & surrounding metro area), across the state of Minnesota, Wisconsin, the West Coast, East Coast, Southern US, & beyond.

I’m Ray Roselia, owner & creative behind ROSE.
I’m a libra/double scorpio with a passion for creating & pretty things. Single mom to a tiny goblin & small zoo of pets, you can find us living our best lives in Minneapolis, MN. When not flowering, you can usually find me exploring outside, wandering around with my film camera, thrifting for vintage treasures, working on a home decor project, re-watching 90’s movies, or learning (another) new creative hobby.
Growing up in rural Minnesota, nature was always a big part of my life. Fields of wildflowers, forests of ferns, rose gardens, & ivy covered walls were all staples of my childhood. I’ve always felt a call to nature & am a big believer in the impact plants have on influencing our mental state & creating a magical environment.
With roots as the “art kid” growing up, I’ve always been passionate about creating & design in all forms. A serial creative-preneur at heart, I’ve done stints in pottery, painting, jewelry making, clothing design, photography, & fiber arts to name a few.
I’m obsessed with all things retro & am a vintage fashion, interior design, pop culture, & graphic design enthusiast. I draw from vintage themes & aesthetics for the inspiration for much of my styling work.
I bring an intersection of these passions to my work - where organic nature meets art meets retro inspiration is where I love to create.
In addition to a creative brain, I’m also a high level organizer. I use my love for list making & organizing details as my secret weapon in event execution, and bring just the right level of take-charge attitude to your events to make the tough decisions & get things done. I aim to deliver the perfect balance of a laid back creative attitude, attention to detail, organization, & clarity to your events & projects!
let’s do things differently
I’ve never been great at coloring in the lines or following the rules, and I bring a bit of this out of the box, rule breaking philosophy to my design work. We’re floral & wedding industry rebels - our aim is to create one of a kind designs & experiences that feel fresh, fun, & break the mold of tradition. I take a laid back approach to my work & always aim to make the experience of working together fun!
I'm a believer in dreaming big, breaking norms, doing things differently, taking risks, and getting my hands dirty. I'm incredibly passionate about plants & flowers (some might say obsessed, but who’s keeping track), and curating designs & aesthetics. I live to create work that you experience. I love a challenge, & I’m always ready to go above & beyond to make your dreams a reality & help you create something beautiful that you’ll remember for a lifetime.

My speciality is experiential designs that you feel. I strive to always create intentional, fresh designs that surprise & inspire!
My mission is to harness the magic of nature, color, & texture, and channel it into something you’ve never seen done before. This is art, & art can be whatever the hell you want it to be. Our goal is to create pieces & style events that are tailor-made for each of our clients, crafting personalized aesthetics & creating one of a kind experiences that you’ll remember for a lifetime.
